This workshop explored how emotional experiences, particularly trauma and resilience, were passed down through families, communities, and wider systems. It created a reflective and supportive space for participants to understand how inherited patterns were formed, normalise their experiences without blame, and began identifying opportunities for awareness, healing, and change.

Trauma doesn’t always look like what we expect. It can show up as anger, anxiety, shutting down, or people-pleasing, all ways the body tries to stay safe. These are survival responses, not flaws. With the right support, healing and new ways of responding are possible. To request a free 30 minutes consultation call,

This workshop explored heritage as a complex and layered experience, encompassing pride, resilience, trauma, and silence. Participants were encouraged to move beyond a one-dimensional understanding of heritage and instead recognise how joy, strength, pain, and untold stories coexisted within personal and collective histories. By acknowledging all these layers, the session created a foundation for deeper self-awareness, connection, and healing.

“Know the Signs”

Every story matters, and every sign matters. Domestic abuse doesn’t always look like bruises – it can be silence, fear, isolation, or walking on eggshells. We stand together to amplify awareness, challenge harmful norms, and support survivors.
You are not alone. Support is available, and healing is possible. Let’s break the cycle, speak up, and build safer communities for everyone.
