Sometimes it’s the little things that remind us why 1 to 1 support matters 💛

A young person brought this in for the team and it meant more than just cake. It’s a reminder of the trust, connection and safe space that 1 to 1 conversations can create.

Having the time to talk, to listen and to be there for someone really does make a difference.

You don’t have to go through things alone. We’re here for you.

It’s something a lot of people still find difficult to talk about 💙

But when conversations feel clearer and more open, people are more likely to ask questions, access support and look after their health sooner.

That’s why creating spaces where you can get the right information really matters.

They’re the only method that help reduce the risk of both STIs and pregnancy, making them a really important part of safer s*x.

Used correctly, condoms create a barrier that helps prevent infections like chlamydia, gonorrhoea and HIV from being passed on - even when there are no symptoms.

They’re also:

• easy to use

• widely available

• hormone-free

• effective straight away

And importantly, they give you a level of protection that other contraceptive methods don’t provide on their own.

Whether it’s part of your routine, something you carry just in case, or something you’re starting to use more regularly - it all counts.

Not sure what actually happens when you arrive? 💙

When you come into the clinic, you’ll check in at reception and be guided through what happens next. You may be asked to wait for a short time before being seen and to fill out a form, and our team will keep things clear and straightforward so you know what to expect.

Our waiting areas are calm areas and staff are there if you have any questions or need reassurance at any point.

We aim to make the whole experience feel as comfortable, respectful and easy as possible - from the moment you walk in.

The implant is one of the most effective contraceptive methods available - but it’s not always talked about in detail 👀

It’s long-lasting, low maintenance and works in the background, but like all contraception, it isn’t one-size-fits-all.

If you’re thinking about your options, you can talk things through with our team and find what works best for you 💙
