Kayden, a 12-year-old patient we support, has the absolute honour of walking out with Luton Town Football Club as their mascot at tomorrow's final at Wembley.

As you can see from Luton Town's post, Kayden has faced many obstacles, but seeing him have this incredible opportunity and living life to the full reminds us why we do, what we do.

Have a fantastic day tomorrow Kayden and we look forward to seeing the pictures and hearing all about it. 🩷⚽️👏
