We are a group of local residents who have come together and created The High Town Community as a Community Interest Company to share the wonderful things happening in High Town, promote local events and activities and work towards improvements in the area. We have strong links with Friends of High Town, Edible High Town and local business owners (some of us are business owners) and we strongly believe that High Town has a lot to offer.

The tree has succumbed to Storm Bram, but it will be fixed tomorrow! Isaac did manage to get it back in position earlier this afternoon, but the wind is too strong right now.

Today's the day for the High Town Christmas market and lights switch on!

🎄 The market stalls and the amazing tree will be in Burr Street Square, market opens at 12 noon.

🎅 Santa's Grotto is in the outside bar of the The Brickies, and there is still a chance to book a grotto spot.

🌟 The lights will be switched on at approx. 4.15pm.

🌸 Ruth Baker Flowers is having an opening party today

📚 Brown Books will be open, have a look at great selection, pick up a Christmas gift or just grab a coffee and a cake

☕ Lagoa Cafe will have the usual offering of delicious pasties and coffee

☕ The Gardeners Call, Luton are doing free hot chocolate, marshmallows and sweets 5-7pm
