The next Luton Council Community Job Fair is taking place on Tuesday 25 November, at Raynham Way Community Centre (66 Eaton Green Rd, Luton LU2 9JE). Come along to this free event between 12.30 and 3.30pm to talk to local employers and discuss career opportunities and vacancies. Luton Adult Learning will be there providing information about the courses and workshops we offer, including employability workshops to help people get back into work.

❗️High in salt:
Jollof rice, Nyama Choma High in saturated fat:
Chevdo, Halva, Sambusa, Doolsho & other sweet cakes, Kelewele & palm oil

❣️Central & West Africa
❗️High in salt:
Waakye, Jollof rice, Pepper goat soup, Bouillon, Beef suya, Eba & Okra soup Salt fish, salt beef & salted pig tails
High in saturated fat:
