Brother 2 Brother

Brother 2 Brother We’re committed to supporting men’s mental health through movement, connection & conversation.

Monthly Walk & Talks, free workouts to fundraising challenges and awareness events, we create safe spaces for men to show up, talk openly and support each other

22/02/2026

Another brilliant turnout for February’s Brother 2 Brother Walk & Talk. Men showing up. Walking side by side. Talking openly. No pressure. No judgement. Just space.

At the end we shared details about the Refocus Webinar — a free session provided by .online, centred around acceptance and practical ways to move forward.
Thursday 26th February
7–8pm
Completely free to access. If something feels heavy at the minute, this could be a good place to start.

Looking ahead to March…

Sunday 29th March, our next Walk & Talk
We’ll also have a guest speaker sharing his personal experience of gambling and the impact it had on his mental health. It’s a conversation that isn’t had enough.

These mornings aren’t about crisis.
They’re about connection.
About prevention.
About reminding men they’re not alone.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, March could be your month. 💛

We’ve launched a GoFundMe to help us buy the equipment needed to keep our Men’s Walk & Talks and annual mental health events free for our community. If you’re able to donate, we are incredibly grateful, but if not, please consider sharing this post. Every share helps us reach someone who might be able to support and helps us continue breaking the stigma around men’s mental health. 💙

* our total is £7000. All listed over on the GoFundMe page. £1600 is our first milestone

Movement helps regulate stress, mood and sleep.

Not because it’s extreme.
But because it’s consistent.

You don’t have to run marathons.
You don’t have to “smash” the gym.
You just have to move.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your mental health is put your trainers on and show up.

That’s exactly why we run our Walk & Talk sessions.

On 22nd February, we’re getting the lads together for a simple walk. No pressure. No expectations. Just fresh air, movement and conversation if you want it.

You don’t need to be struggling to come.
And you don’t need to talk if you don’t want to.

Just turn up.

💬 Free to attend, free refreshments at the end

Consistency over intensity.
One step at a time.

Mental health isn’t just about crisis, it’s about daily habits.

It’s built in the everyday, the walks, the chats, the routines, the small choices.
