As you may recall, Smart Triage will soon become the main way to book medical appointments and make admin requests. We plan to start using it from Monday, 3rd November 2025, and it will be available through our Practice Website.
When you report a medical issue, Smart Triage will ask a series of questions about your problem. Smart Triage doesn’t know your medical history, but will ask relevant questions to guide you to the right care.
Depending on your problem, and appointment availability, you’ll either be able to book an appointment directly or send your answers for practice review. Remember, if you don’t have online access, our phone lines will be available as normal.

Please remember, you need an email address on your medical record to use the system. You can update your details via the NHS app, through our website or by emailing
