I was reminded recently that I need to let people know how acupuncture and East Asian medicine can help with a variety of illnesses and lifestyle needs.
One patient who comes for treatment every other year or so for back pain, I recently discovered, has been putting up with other health issues but didn't think to reach out until their back needed some TLC.
Acupuncture is proven to help with pain management but its reach is wide and effect strong.
So here's a little list of the illnesses that I have helped through acupuncture and East Asian Medicine so far this month.

Well it’s certainly autumnal out there now. Bright sunshine and brisk winds with a drop in temperature - calls for hat and glasses.
I’m very much with Anne Of Green Gables and am very grateful for Octobers - there definitely needs to be a break between September and November.
Hope you’re enjoying the change in season.
Warming soups, hearty dinners - we had ‘our first Sunday roast of the season’!
Time to take the foot off the gas a little and ease up. Take a look at the glorious colours around us and breathe.

I have the pleasure of treating Andrew for essential tremor and together we've made such a difference, just last week Andrew announced "I played my best game of golf in ages!" and delivered with a really big broad smile - what great feedback!

I am really pleased to share the difference a couple of Scalp Acupuncture treatments had for a patient with Essential Tremor. Please see the videos below of before and after the first treatment.

I also had the privilege of treating them last week and was told they'd had a great competition round of golf - with the biggest smile I had seen yet. Fabulous! 🙂

"I went to Clare for treatment to alleviate essential tremor in my right arm. After two sessions the tremor had become less noticeable and was stabilised for the week until the third session. At the third session I had been suffering from persistent headache and neck pain Clare also treated this And remarkably the pain went after the session. I’ve been trying to add colour to the garden this year and planted some cosmos amongst others - a lot of effort and I’ve got this little posy. I resisted harvesting as wanted garden colour but apparently cosmos will sprout more and they smell divine which I’d not noticed in the garden. So here’s to my first homegrown posy and fingers crossed the Autumn 🍂 come Spring 🌱 then dazzling Summer ☀️ displays we’re getting each day will mean more of these lovely flowers 🌺
