Mini First Aid Warwickshire, Coventry, Tamworth & Lutterworth is expanding- and we're looking for a really special person to join our small, friendly team!

We deliver award-winning 2-hour baby & child first aid classes, along with classes for children and workplace courses too. It’s meaningful, flexible work with real impact- perfect for someone who loves to help others and wants to make a real difference.

⭐️ What We’re Looking For:
We're after someone warm, engaging caring, and energetic, who is passionate about helping people to learn life-saving skills.

Ideally, you’ll:
* ✅ Hold a current First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid certificate (or be willing to get them)
* ✅ Have a Level 3 teaching/training qualification (or be happy to work towards one)
* ✅ Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys working with both adults and children
* ✅ Be flexible and happy to travel across Coventry, Warwickshire & South Leicestershire
* ✅ Have a full driving licence and your own car

Extra bonus points if:

* You have a medical, first aid or nursing background
* You're a qualified teacher, especially with primary or early years experience
* You're based in any of these areas: Lutterworth/South Leicestershire/Rugby/Coventry area

Freddie's Wish - Warwickshire is a fantastic charity based in Rugby which supports local families, and I’m proud to partner with them, as well as being fortunate to call Charlotte my friend. 🥰 Their fabulous summer ball is being held at Coombe Abbey on 27th June!

This event is an important fundraiser to help the charity to continue the wonderful work they do in providing vital grief counselling services and running first aid classes for as many people as possible.

Judith had a great day today delivering an Emergency First Aid at Work course with the team from AEH Accountancy Ltd!
Would you feel confident that your colleagues would know what to do if someone was experiencing a seizure or if they collapsed and stopped breathing?
What if someone had an anaphylactic reaction or started choking in your workplace?

They say time flies when you’re having fun! 😃
Well that must be true because I just can’t believe it’s been a whole decade already, but I was presented with an award to mark 10 years service with Mini First Aid over the weekend! 💚
It’s an honour to be part of the Mini First Aid team alongside my lovely friends and colleagues, and it was especially nice to receive this award alongside Mini First Aid Birmingham, Mini First Aid Lancashire and Mini First Aid Manchester South who also received their 10 years service awards too (thanks also for the gorgeous bouquet Blumenkind!).
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Mini First Aid Warwickshire over the years and who continue to do so, and to all of our class attendees! I’m very passionate about teaching first aid and am fortunate to wake up every morning going to work happy and loving what I get to do every single day. We know first hand that our training really does help to equip people with the knowledge and skills to save lives, and while it can be hard work running a small business at times and things aren’t always straightforward, it’s hearing these stories that keeps us motivated and striving to keep on making a difference in our community! 💪😊 Thank you Kate for continuing to inspire all of us, and I’m very excited about continuing to grow and learn and succeed with Mini First Aid Warwickshire!
