There is a planned evening road closure on the main road outside lake entrance from March 16-28th. The road will close at 8pm

To ensure you get your swim fix and hot drinks we have moved the swim sessions on the weds and thurs evenings of march 18/19 and 25/26 to 5-6pm & 6-7pm the cafe will close at 7:30pm sharp to ensure you and staff can leave before the road closure

Curious about Cold water immersion? Whether you want to swim , dip or enjoy a sauna and cold plunge, it's good to know what happens in your body when you immerse yourself in cold water, how to prepare yourself and what to do afterwards to keep yourself safe .
We offer cold water inductions at Court farm lakes - the next workshop is Thursday 19th Feb 10.30am -12pm just £20 , we will chat for around 45 mins, do some breathwork then head down to the lake for a plunge , followed up with a hot drink .

Each session has the option to add supper:
