Earlier this month, we returned from a beautiful, if not unseasonably cold, Tuscany. It was the first of many collaborations with 'Life On an Even Keel'
Relaxed, recharged and rejuvenated,
Thank you to Mandy Hamson for providing such inspiring and knowledgeable class and to my Daisy 'Duke' for all the amazing freshly prepared food for the whole week.
New friends were made, friendships rekindled, and the 'Life On an Even Keel' family has been added to with clients experiencing their first wellness escape with me.
I must mention one lady, though, who has now been to, we think, over 10 of my wellness escapes - the lovely and always jovial Jan Tallis.
