We are being joined by Kate Donohoe from Boom Weight Loss and Fitness. She will be talking about strength training and I think this is such an important conversation for women in midlife.
This isn’t about becoming a bodybuilder.
It’s about bone health, confidence, independence and feeling capable in your own body.
We’ll have coffee from 10am, then she’ll join us at 11 for a relaxed talk and Q&A.
