There is so much advice out there on how to eat healthier, it can feel really overwhelming. Over the years, I have trialled a lot of healthy eating styles. Most recently, I have begun The Glucose Goddess Method as I have often felt a slave to sweet cravings. I am still continuing with intermittent fasting and eating a wide variety of plant-based, wholefoods, however, for week 1, I have swapped a sweet breakfast for a savoury one. No more oats to start the day (sob 😢), scrambled eggs here I come....! I'll keep you posted.
