HAPPIEST OF MONDAYS YOGIS 🙏🏼
This week we connect to ‘The Warrior Within’ with a yoga practice that focuses on all the various Warrior poses.
Warrior pose (Virabhadrasana) means hero and friend and invites us to seek all the qualities of a warrior - to stand strong, find energy without aggression, be strong but open-hearted and to challenge our fears, embrace our strengths and choose our battles wisely.
