The Sanctuary is an Accredited Training Academy and currently has 4 CPD accredited courses inperson - shamanic womb massage, womb healing with tuning forks, crystals for womb healing and womb wrapping, yoni steaming and sacred anointing. We now have 4 accredited associate teachers that run the 3 day in person courses. A little glimpse behind the scenes at the Sanctuary…

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing moments from within the Temenos, the consecrated heart and womb space of the Sanctuary where much of my devotional work takes place.

This is where our anointing oils, energy preparations, and Temple offerings are created.
Where yoni ateam herbs are blessed, altars tended, and the energy of each creation is woven with care before it reaches your hands.

It is a quiet, dedicated space of enchanting, crafting, listening and alignment… an inner sanctum.

Everything in this space is made with intention, lineage and devotion.

It feels important to open a small window into this process so you can feel the energy behind the offerings and the path we walk here at the Sanctuary of Sophia.

I am feeling called to share a little more personally again, after a quieter month behind the scenes.

The Sanctuary of Sophia continues to grow as one of the UK’s established Womb Temples, a place devoted to remembering the feminine healing arts and supporting women through deep transformation.

My work is rooted in several womb healing modalities, hands on and energetic, somatics, ceremony and the Shamanic Way of the Womb teachings.

Alongside this, our team of associate teachers guide practitioners who feel drawn to specialise in womb massage, sound medicine, ancestral practices and feminine luminary leadership.

The Sanctuary is held by a circle of eight associate teachers, each bringing their own lineage and wisdom across six core modalities. Together we offer a blend of practical womb healing support, emotional integration, trauma-aware tools and sacred practice for those who are ready to return to themselves.

Flow, awareness and compassion continue to guide my work.

It feels good to step in and share from this place again.. after reflecting on how far we have all come together!
