The session brought together ophthalmologists, optometrists, nurses, and industry partners for collaborative, skill-focused teaching that celebrated inclusivity and teamwork across specialties.

A reverend who is a patient Dr Anna Bhan cared for over 15 years, came in for what may be his final review. He continues to face serious illness with grace and quiet strength.

Over the years, Dr Anna managed his glaucoma, cataract surgery, and iStent procedure. Through every stage, he has remained stable, and even transferred his care across three different locations so he could continue being seen by Dr Anna. Of course, that trust is a privilege beyond measure.

Caring for patients over many years reminds us that medicine is not only about treatment, but also about relationships and the privilege of walking alongside people through every stage of their life.
