Welcome to the Lytham Women's Health Group!

A safe space where women can come together to talk about anything and everything. From relationships to mental health, finances to isolation and everything in between.

It is believed that women are better at talking than men but do all women have people to talk to.

Meeting on alternate Wednesdays at the Lytham Bierhaus it is the perfect spot to come, meet new friends and truly be heard.

No judgements, no opinions just listening and acceptance.
