🥖🍞 REAL BREAD WEEK 🍞🥖
Was lovely to meet Dina from The Pantry today. She brought along a cheese loaf, seeded top white loaf and her *NEW* traditional Irish soda bread - all went down a treat!
We’re saving the chutney for when our ladies and gents have cheese and biscuits. They absolutely loved the Bullace jam and the lemon curd. If you haven’t tried anything from The Pantry we would highly recommend. We ended with the beautiful lemon drizzle, which again, would highly recommend.

Ashley from EcoLearn LOL have been out this morning and although some of our shoots were a little worse for wear Brenda managed to repot the dwarf French runner beans and some beetroot. Peter did a top job at deseeding some carrot tops and planted some peas.
Ashley has left us with some more bits to deseed and we will putting out the pea’s once they’ve germinated.

🍞🥖REAL BREAD WEEK at SUMMERFIELD🥖🍞

🥣 Today for supper we have homemade soup and George’s first ever bread rolls from scratch 👌🏼
🥮 Tomorrow we are lucky enough to have Dina from The Pantry coming in for a little presentation about bread making and we will get to try a few different loaves, Bullace Jam, Lemon Curd and her ever so popular Lemon Drizzle Cake 🤤
🍛 For lunch tomorrow it’s chicken curry with homemade naan breads 😋
🌶️ Thursday is national Chilli Day served with yummy garlic bread 🥖
🍞 Friday will end the week with a gorgeous bread and butter pudding! 🙌🏼
