Just before Christmas 🎄 we hosted a 2-day Total Gym New Age Pilates Reformer training course at our HQ studio, Gravity Pilates in Cheshire 💪✨

It was amazing to welcome Everybody Leisure staff from Barony, alongside a fantastic group of independent PTs and fitness coaches — all training hard and levelling up their reformer skills.
