I’ve recently been hand-blending essential oil ritual roller balls for some of my clients to help support them. It’s felt so nourishing to share them in this way, that it's inspired me to bring these little rituals to life on my website, so more of you can experience them too☺️

Today I was reminded why I do what I do.

🌿 Wellbeing Wednesday Tip 🌿

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just in need of a moment of calm? Try the Butterfly Hug — a gentle, self-soothing technique that helps your mind and body relax.

🦋 How to do it:

Cross your arms over your chest like a butterfly giving itself a hug.

Rest your hands on your upper arms or shoulders.

Gently tap one side, then the other — left, right, left, right — in a slow, calming rhythm.

Close your eyes (if you feel comfortable), breathe deeply, and focus on the gentle tapping.

This simple technique can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to a sense of balance. It's quick, easy, and can be done anytime, anywhere.
