Just a quick update today to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Really happy with the start to the new season in terms of tracking and people really focusing on their goals for the new year. As I said last week, it's a tough time of year in terms of sticking to those goals, but I would encourage everyone to try and stick to your routine as much as possible, but don't worry too much as it's likely not going to happen for everyone. Just enjoy your Christmas and be ready in the new year to hit 2025 hard
