New Retreats incoming…

Hannah and I are finally ready to announce 2 new retreats and we are beyond excited about hosting them!

Firstly we’re heading back to Glastonbury 6th-9th Nov 2026! This was such a special time and place so we can’t wait to go back and this time we’re adding an extra night for even more joy, exploration and peace. Prices between £675pp-£995pp for all food, accommodation, yoga, spa, and this time we’ll take a trip to the Chalice Well Gardens to soak up the magic of this special place.

Then we’ll head to Marrakesh 2nd - 7th May 2027, for 5 nights of glorious sun, delicious food, al fresco yoga, on site hammam spa (additional fee) and a trip into the souks. We attended a retreat here at Tigmi together last year and had the most incredible time, so we’re very grateful to be heading back and this time sharing it with you all! Prices between £950pp-£1250pp.

We’re also about to host our 6th retreat together back at Bakewell to celebrate Spring Equinox 20th-22nd March 2026, we still have a couple of spaces left from £400pp.

The next Journey Through The Elements workshop will explore the Fire element - slow burn, transformation, digestion and release. All through Mandala vinyasa where we flow 360° around the mat, Yin yoga for long releasing holds, and Yoga Nidra for deep rest.

All welcome, £20pp for a 90 min workshop plus time for a cuppa together afterwards. Book via my website or drop me a message for the direct link!

More mid week glimmers. Honestly I recommend looking for these little moments of joy, there are more that I didn’t take a photo of and more that I did! But it’s such a shift in perspective that’s helping me feel lighter, especially when the wide lens view of the world can feel a little gloomy…

A little bit about me… To be honest this could be part one of many 🤪 but for now this gives a flavour of what to expect from a yoga class with me!

Here’s my schedule for the next few weeks, plus I’m covering a few which I will pop in my stories…
🧡 Monday - 10am AZ Hulleys and 7.30pm Macc Central
🧡 Tuesday - 5pm AZ Hulleys
🧡 Thursday - 7am and 9.30am (book directly thru me)
🧡 Saturday - 10am
🧡 Sunday - 11am yin on the first one of every month

There are soooo many yoga styles out there and it can get overwhelming or even intimidating to choose the right class for you! I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years now and still see new ones pop up but MOST are rooted in yogic tradition (as they ruddy well should be) so I’m going to share a bit more about each, starting with the style that started it all for me… Vinyasa! This is the style I still teach the most, and I’m starting a new class on Thursdays 9.30am - book through my website!

Disclaimer: I personally don’t buy into fad ‘yoga’ styles that are in no way YOGA so I won’t be covering those in my reports 🙃
