I am a state registered, chartered physiotherapist and a fully certified Pilates instructor, having done my training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. I offer Pilates services to patients in the Macclesfield area, teaching on a 1:1 basis and classes. I teach modified Pilates that is suitable for any age or level of fitness and am keen to put my experience and training to effect to help you to achieve your goals. Please note that Macclesfield Physio Pilates is not linked to, or associated with, any other physio pilates providers.

Was lovely to wish those able to join classes last week a Merry Christmas. Hope those with various bugs are now much better and able to enjoy the festivities. Thoughts are also with those of my lovely clients for whom this Christmas may be sad. See you all in the new year X
