It’s a bank holiday… and I’m working 💫Home visits, supporting clients who need me.

I often get told off for it .. Working bank holidays, late evenings, early mornings… even Sundays and Christmas! If I physically can- I will.

But my why is simple…I truly love what I do.

For me, this has never just been about treatments.It’s about people.

Taking the time to understand each individual…Supporting their health and wellbeing both physically and mentally…And helping them feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

Education is such a big part of what I do.Because when you understand your body, you can start to take control of your health.

Just last week, I treated a doctor who was recovering from surgery.After her session, she said:“It all makes sense… I don’t know why I didn’t know about this before. We’re not taught these things in medicine but I can see now how important they are and how much they can help.”
