🏆⚽ Another Fantastic Session with Macclesfield FC ⚽🏆

We had another brilliant visit today from Macclesfield FC, who often come in to run their fun and engaging target-game sessions with our residents! 🎯⚽

These visits are a wonderful part of our activity programme, and the coaches always bring great energy, encouragement, and plenty of smiles.

We’re grateful for their professionalism and enthusiasm, and we’re proud to work with a club that delivers such high-quality sessions throughout the community. 💛

Here’s to many more enjoyable afternoons together!

We are thrilled to say that we have been reaccredited with The Gold Standards Framework Quality Hallmark Award for demonstrating the highest standards and best practice in end-of-life care for customers. 🌟

We have achieved a Platinum rating and assessors drew attention to a relative of a Belong Macclesfield resident for sharing with them ‘how happy she was with the compassion and attention to detail from staff'.

It means the world to us that our residents have the very best end-of-life care that meets their wishes, and this can only happen when everyone works hard, every day - well done to all involved, a true team effort! 👏

✨ Children in Need ✨

On Friday we supported Children in Need in the best way possible — with plenty of laughter, teamwork, and a touch of competition!

Staff came to work in their cosiest pyjamas, each donating £1 to support this amazing charity. Residents joined in the fun too, decorating delicious biscuits as part of our Children in Need activities. 🍪💛

The highlight of the day was our Spaghetti & Marshmallow Tower Challenge! The households battled it out to build the tallest tower… and after lots of laughter and trial and error, Willow House were crowned the winners! 🎉

Their prize? A lovely tub of chocolates for residents and staff to share and enjoy together. 🍫😄

Thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make the day so special. Together, we’ve raised money for a wonderful cause while having a lot of fun.

🌟 What a fantastic evening! 🌟

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday for our Meet the Managers event. It was wonderful to see so many friendly faces enjoying great conversation, a delicious Chinese meal freshly prepared by our talented Bistro team, and a relaxing glass of wine. 🥡🍷

We loved having the chance to chat, answer questions, and share more about the warm and welcoming community we have here at Belong Macclesfield. The event was open to customers, their families or anyone interested in our services.

We are pleased to welcome AGMagicians - Care Home Entertainment Specialists back to the village for some father and son comedy magic. 🪄🃏✨

Alex and George popped in last week and they certainly kept us giggling! They gave everyone silly hats and even roped us to take part in their act.
