For many years as a health care practitioner, I watched clever, capable women push through exhaustion, stress and overwhelm, and I never connected it to what was happening in their brains. Until my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
That moment changed everything. Suddenly the patterns I'd seen in clinic for decades made complete sense, the chronic stress, the broken sleep, the blood sugar chaos. It was all quietly eroding the very thing these women needed most.
Their brain.
