Happy New Year!
The ending of a year gives us time to reflect back on the last year and look forward to the coming months.
2025 had its ups and downs for myself and my family.
Ups - We had an amazing holiday visiting my brother and nephew in Australia, seeing sights that were unique and breathtaking.
I bravely stepped out from behind my plinth to spread the message I am so passionate about - Alzheimer's prevention. This was both exciting and terrifying - though as I know from my work on brain health that actually my brain doesn't know the difference!
Downs - a health tragedy for my little dog, fortunately he is much better now but it was touch and go for a while..
January can feel loud - new goals, new rules, a lot of noise about what you should be changing, should be doing.
I'm not here to add to that noise.
I'm here to help your brain filter out the unnecessary noise and find the balance that is right for you.
2026 is going to be a big year for brain health - if you are starting to consider how you can start looking after your brain, then believe me when I say that you are actually ahead of the game.
