It teaches you how to assess clients, treat safely, and build effective treatment plans with confidence.

CPD is where you grow. (It stands for "Continued Professional Development")
It adds new techniques, helps you specialise, and expands what you can offer, but only when built on a solid foundation.

A simple pathway that works:
• Choose a core therapy, massage, acupuncture, or something similar
• Train to a high standard
• Start treating and gaining real experience
• Add CPD to develop and refine your skills

Trying to skip straight to CPD often leads to gaps in confidence and understanding, but build it properly, and everything else becomes easier.
