*Team Leader - Supported Living House*

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an exceptional individual who thinks on their feet and thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Team Leader in our supported living house, you'll oversee the daily operations of a vibrant community of 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. If you're a natural leader who excels under pressure and is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead a team of support workers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
- Oversee daily operations, including medication management, appointments, and activity planning
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage digital logging systems (LogMyCare) to ensure accurate and timely recording of client data
- Provide on-call support and respond to emergencies as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting staff development and well-being
- Driver (desirable, but not essential)

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use digital logging systems (LogMyCare) or willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence (desirable, but not essential)

*Hours and Benefits:*

- Mainly Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility and on-call duties
