❤️🥾🌿 yesterday I was back at work, so no walk or hike for me 😩 going to do a sunset hike tonight, not sure where yet! I can’t sleep, so much running through my mind, the last few days/nights of healing have been a rollercoaster, being distracted by work has helped but my gosh why can’t my brain just stop!

I’m so looking forward to my future with my little adventure buddy who always well most of the time answers with ‘ok mum let’s go’ unless she wants a lazy day 😂😂💚

❤️🥾🌿 I’ve been spending the day with close family, today was supposed to be a super important day in our lives, so my wonder Aunty, her grandkids, my daughter and I spent today together hiking in a family favourite spot and then followed by Sunday dinner with my uncle and mum…… this helped my mind so much!!!

Appreciate my family so much!!! They don’t judge they listen and always there for me and my girls 🌿🥾❤️

❤️🌿🥾 myself and the Baby went for a walk to enjoy the sun ☀️ then my mammy phoned and says the most wonderful things… ‘Do you wanna go to GoOutdoors again…?’ Yesssssss!!!

Today’s healing has been mixed woke up feeling determined not to let my thoughts over take me and try and eat… then the moment I go to eat bam…. thoughts, such a journey and it’s only just started!!

Yes I got a few dates in April that will challenge my heart and feelings but I’m prepared and have distractions booked in….. Be kind to yourself in your journey and reach out if you need to talk 🥾❤️
