I’m the therapist behind Wellness Within, and I thought I’d introduce myself properly ✨

I’m a wife, a mum of two beautiful kids, and I live right here in Aberbargoed — bringing relaxation, confidence and pure calm to our lovely community 💚

Hey everyone! 💕
I’ve been a bit quiet this past week — it’s been a busy one!
My brother’s wedding was absolutely beautiful 💍 The venue was stunning and it was so lovely to have all the family together 🥰

After that I popped over to Holland to visit a good friend, then straight to London for some training 🇳🇱✨🇬🇧
