Reiki is a deeply relaxing energy treatment that works to rebalance and restore the body, bringing with it so many benefits.

It's non invasive and safe for everyone including children and pregnant woman.
Sessions for children will vary in length depending on the child's age and needs, and prices will vary accordingly.

The kids are back to school and some routine and normality has returned which is great...but I'm not going to lie. In my house it can be a day's work to get everyone out and get to work in the mornings, the homework wars have returned and yep this mammy is stressed....so I have been making a point over the weekend of some more time to reiki myself as not only have I been feeling a bit all over the place mentally but physically it catches up too and I've been having headaches, poor sleep and just not feeling like myself.

It's so important to keep our mind and body balanced and healthy to be the best version of ourselves.

Reiki is one of my favourite tools that helps me with my own wellbeing and my clients who return time and time again for it also have experienced the benefits.
