So many patients ask - what makes it seem easy to get results, it seems like magic....
How do you do that?!
I usually say - I feel it. And that is true. And also, what I seldom mention, is that supporting that is loads of continuous studying.
What a lot of people don't appreciate is that yes, talent and having a gift can help. And yet - it's nothing without discipline, effort and both of those on a continuous daily basis.
Here's a bit of extra reading I've been doing about ankles - anatomy, biomechanics, etc.
If you can't follow it past the first paragraph, that's ok. Osteopaths train for years to be able to understand the body, it's language and the medical lingo and I still learn new things about the body every single day (there's so much to learn!).
Here's to always learning - I know I'll always be an eternal student.
