During this workshop we will explore and practice various basic techniques that you can use on your family and friends. Participants will leave with an overview of how Reflexology works, be able to use basic techniques and maybe leave inspired to dive deeper.

Next at Nirvana is our Day Retreat - Coming into Spring.
This will be a delightful day in celebration of regrowth, new beginnings, relaxing treatments, how to use kitchen herbs and spices in medicinal ways, drumming and meditation. Something for everyone!!!!

Your journey is important
Attune to Reiki Healing Techniques both for your own self development and to channel to others.
Level 1 connects to and opens your 7 Major Chakras. Through this training you will embark on a wonderful journey, diving within and connecting with your authentic self.
The course consists of
An initial weekend during which we will raise vibrational awareness, have group discussions and learn basic Reiki Techniques.
Groups are small, 6 maximum to facilitate time to share our experiences, take time to truly engage in the practice and build confidence.
The initial weekend training is followed up with another training day 3 weeks later and possibly another depending on the needs of the group
Every group is different, however they join for a reason and I have seen over the years that they serve each other well in the safe and nurturing environment that Nirvana Holistic Therapy provides.
The next Reiki Level 1 Training will take place on the weekend of Saturday 7th and 8th March.

Our Story

Nirvana Holistic Therapy offers a range of treatments including Reflexology, Reiki, Seichem, Auricular Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Integrated Energy Therapy. Treatments are £35 per hour and can include a blend of treatments appropriate for the individual. Please feel free to look at my website to see feedback from clients. Also, I offer certified training in Reiki (Level 1 to Master Level), Seichem (Level 1 to Master) and Integrated Energy Therapy (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced). For more information on course requirements and prices please go onto my website. Course dates are finalised when a group has formed through individuals expressing an interest. Namaste all.
