Itโs the first weekend after Christmas.
This is usually where people tell themselves one of two things:
Either
โIโm fine โ I should just crack on.โ
Or
โIโm not okay enough to need help, so Iโll leave it.โ
Most people sit in neither.
Theyโre not burnt out.
Not falling apart.
Just carrying more than they realised โ and already feeling the weight of January.
That in-between space is usually ignored.
