I’ll be closing the clinic for Christmas from today and will reopen on the 5th of January 2026!

I won’t be checking messages during this time, but I’ll respond to any enquiries once I’m back and up and running in the new year.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy in the new year, it’s worth getting in touch when I reopen. Spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly.

I’m also quietly developing something new for those who want structured support without committing to 1:1 therapy, more on that in the new year.

However Christmas looks for you this year, take care of yourself.

I work 1:1 with people who are feeling 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱, helping them calm their head and get back in control.

I’ve already had a few people get in touch about starting work in the new year.

Christmas has a habit of creating chaos with 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸. By the time it’s over, many people feel like they’re already playing catch-up.

Starting the year with a clear plan and structured support makes a big difference.

Not a dramatic life overhaul, just a steady reset after the noise.
