Do you know what DOMS stands for?

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

DOMS can occur 1-2 days after completing a new or more intense exercise. It is essentially your muscles aching due to tiny tears forming in the muscle fibres when you exercise, therefore it is a sign of improving fitness levels.

Do not worry about DOMS! If you feel the need to treat the soreness, using ice packs and painkillers, having a massage and resting are the way to go!

I'm so excited to announce that from next week i'll be joining the amazing team at on a Thursday at The Therapy Centre, Boyn Hill Rd, Maidenhead. Appointments are available to book on there website www.clearphysio.co.uk Treatments are £60 for 1 hour and I will be at the clinic between the hours of 8am-6:30pm
