Another week past, filled with massages. The afternoons especially are very cosy now - the hot stones & heated towels feel amazing. Not every massage is a sports massage but can be deep tissue & relaxing, very rewarding.

Another week past and managed 6 intense gym workouts, teaching 4 classes, 2 runs and attending a Reformer Pilates class with my daughter today. It seems a lot but for me it's time for myself.
Exercising keeps me focused and helps to improve my strength for my massage treatments and for instructing Pilates. Love my fitness journey and my job.

My Pilates groups helped me to start my birthday celebrations early with a coffee, cake & chat after our Pilates class. Always nice to share celebrations and David baked a cake just for my birthday. Happy Cake Day 🎂

Busy week ahead ... fully booked. 1st massage and 1st Pilates class done for today. 3 more massages and 1 class at Community centre tonight. Happy Monday.

Summer is coming to an end and we are all getting back to some routine with the kids and with ourselves. September could be the perfect time to start with some self-care and a new fitness routine? Looking forward to see you all after the summer. Conny

This happened ...
750 tough HIIT, circuit, strength & endurance sessions - all structured and never the same. Love the workouts and going 5x a week over the last 3 years... let's work towards 1000 training sessions. 💪🏋‍♀️
It's important to focus on something you enjoy and be the best yourself you can be.
Believe in yourself. 🧡
