It has been quite a year this year, lots of expansion and a definite sense of stretching the boundaries of what has previously felt possible.
From home life, to family, to work, it has all expanded.
& through all of this lots of deep inner work and shedding too.
Of all we have achieved this year, this certification with to be able to facilitate Internal Family Systems is my proudest achievement.
I have personally worked with an Internal Family Systems Therapist for the past 5 years & it has helped me immensely.
From integrating Plant Medicine Journeys, to ACE’s, to my personal relationships. There has been no aspect of my psyche that IFS has not helped me to heal and restore.
I am now beyond grateful and privileged to be able to offer that same help to those that need it.
In 2026 I will be opening my own IFS Therapy practice both in person in Henley on Thames and online via Zoom as well as continuing my further education in IFS.
