Just About You offers a range of therapies including Deep Tissue Massage, Tsuboki Japanese Face Mass Hello!

I originally started out in the fitness world as a Fitness Instructor nearly 25 years ago, and after a few strange but wonderful career turns found myself wanting to leave the corporate world and return to my first love...the fascination of the human body and how to keep it fit and healthy. I needed to have a flexible working pattern so I could spend time with my family yet still have a career. I originally trained in Therapeutic massage, quickly building up my treatments to cover a varied and interesting range of therapies.

I am very lucky as my choice of therapies has meant I can work both in the private and corporate sectors. I work from home in a beautiful, calm and serene room, here I have some loyal and amazing clients, some going back to when I began (and I have off street parking! I have found this to be very important to clients and adds to the whole relaxation of the visit!). I am committed to continuous professional development and am always looking to enhance the range and quality of treatments I offer. 1st September ... summer holidays are coming to an end!!! I guess a lot of us stayed in the UK and enjoyed the beautiful country we have on our doorstep. My favourite place I went was The Gower Peninsula, it has the most amazing coastline and beaches, truly breathtaking. Where was your favourite you visited?

It's August!!!

So excited for August, I'm going on holiday with my best friend who I haven't seen since just before the 1st lockdown and our girls🥳🥳🥳

My new experience this month will be having a BBQ on the beach, I haven't told her this yet but I'm sure we can figure it out!!!

So I will be closed from the 7th-15th August.

Hello July!!!

My favourite month of the year.

For the next year I have decided to try and do something I have never done before each month. Doesn't have to be a big time consuming task just something different, a new experience.

So July's will be paddle boarding 😁

Hello June!

Loving the sunshine, lets hope this is the start of summer!

I have been getting my 'tootsies' summer ready, it's great to be able to wear some flip flops (not onto the shorts just yet)!!!

Went on a lovely walk today with my friend, we're upto 9 miles pretty much every walk😁

Fitting them in before work starts again.... So exciting🎉🎉🎉
