🚨 Ambulance controller job 🚨
LSA Secure Medical Services, a top-tier Independent Ambulance Service, proudly collaborates with the NHS and has earned a GOOD rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are looking for a person who can work on their own initiative to Control ambulances and staff for Journeys and be able to plan these journeys. Also there will administration and office duties including staff rota scheduling.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The hours are 08.00 pm - 20:00pm
This role is for 4 days per week on a four on and four off rotation between Monday to Sunday.
Must be able to work well under pressure the ideal candidate must be:
- computer literate
- Have great Basic Life Saving Skills Experience
use radio
- A team player
- Have very good spoken and written English
- Be a logical thinker
- Be able to multitask their workload
- Meet daily KPI targets
- produce written reports as and when needed
- Follow all policies and procedures
- You must be flexible with your availability to
cover days off and holidays when required.
- You will be dispatching ambulances to collect patients who are booked for transport that day.
- You must be able to plan routes.
- The job involves data entry - for this you must have excellent attention to detail to ensure no mistakes are made.
- You must be able to reports for incidents that may occur and follow procedures set out by company policies.
