what an incredible transformation and journey she’s had so far 👏🏼

🔥 Nearly 6 stone down 😱
👗 From a size 20 to a 14
🏋🏼‍♀️ Deadlift up by almost 200% – from 20kg to 55kg!
💪🏼 Massive improvements in fitness, strength, and technique ⬆️

Jade’s been training at The Lock Up Gym for almost a year now, starting out 1:1 with before moving into our group sessions and she’s absolutely smashing it every single week! 🙌🏼

We’re excited to announce our Introductory Strength & Conditioning Session, designed especially for teen girls who want to learn more about lifting and the gym in a comfortable, supportive environment.

This session is perfect for teens looking to build confidence, strength, and a solid foundation in gym training, no experience required!

You’ll be guided by Faye and Victoria, both highly experienced coaches who are passionate about helping young women move safely, feel strong, and have fun while training.

Half-Term Strength & Conditioning Session for Teens

We’re excited to announce a 90-minute Strength & Conditioning session designed specifically for teens, taking place this half-term!

Led by top-tier professionals:

⚽️ Jake – Founder & Owner of The Lock Up, 18 year professional Football career and currently Head of Strength & Conditioning at professional club Woking FC.

🏉 Daryl – Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rams Rugby Club, with over 8 seasons of experience developing elite-level athletes.

This session will focus on performance training and technical introduction to lifting, perfect for teens looking to level up their physical development in a safe and professional environment.

THE WORKOUT:
4 Rounds for Time
🔸 15 Cal Assault Bike
🔸 30s Battle Ropes (max effort!)
🔸 15 Kettlebell Swings
🔸 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
💥 60s Rest Between Rounds

We’re excited to launch our monthly Run Club, happening once a month on Saturday at lunchtime!

Each month, we’ll run to a new destination
mixing up the scenery and keeping things fresh 🌳🏙️
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just lacing up your shoes for the first time, everyone’s welcome 🙌🏼

We’ll finish each run with a well-earned coffee at a local café ☕️
Bring your friends, your energy and let’s get moving together 🙌🏼
