Try some hand reflexology on yourself starting with the Solar Plexus (The solar plexus — also called the celiac plexus — is a complex system of radiating nerves and ganglia. It's found in the pit of the stomach in front of the aorta. It's part of the sympathetic nervous system. It plays an important role in the functioning of the stomach, kidneys, liver, and adrenal glands). This is really good for when you are feeling anxious... indicated by the white circle on this picture...gently massage the point with your thumb or forefinger in the middle of the palm of each hand.

After the latest covid-19 announcement yesterday, I still cannot return to work at this time. As an AoR member I have comprehensive hygiene guidlines in place and we believe that reflexology needs to be recognised as a therapy that can have a key role in improved wellbeing. I will keep you all up to date on when we have the green light. 🚦.
