Good morning all!

What do you like to do to clear your mind, re-charge, or get away from the real world?

I love to Leybourne Lakes, one of my favourite places for a walk.

Its so peaceful and the views are stunning.

I always take different paths there as I do love an adventure 😀

Good evening all, how is everyone?

Following from Boris speech today, my Reiki Treatments would come under beauty salons/massage/spas so will have to wait a little bit longer until I can do treatments again.

However I can still do Reiki distance Healing/consultations through zoom/ over the phone 😊

Looking forward to giving some Reiki Treatments very soon 🙌❤

Good morning all!

I love to do this, I will take a drive to one of my favourite parks for a few hours and walk around, take in the nature, the sights, sounds, smells, it's a brilliant way to recharge for me, not to mention grounding myself.

Before the Lockdown I used to also go to one of my favourite cafes for breakfast, chill with some food and a vanilla latte. I cannot wait to get back to this at some point, but for now, a walk at a park is great for me 😊
