The results I have witnessed are nothing short of amazing. Reiki is amazing at lifting spirits and providing clarity and motivation. Improvements with chronic conditions will take a little longer to manifest. Reiki removes energetic blocks that prevent your body from healing itself so once these blocks are removed you still have to wait for your body to heal. This will be much quicker if you make healthy lifestyle choices.
The session will be remote so you don't even need to do anything although I recommend finding a relaxing space and meditating while it's being done.
