Allow Katrina to hold and support you during your pregnancy, a time that is both magical and challenging. Classes explore breathwork, relaxation, body awareness and gentle movements that support pelvic mobility and help mums-to-be feel more connected and confident in their bodies as they move towards birth. The class aims to reduce pregnancy discomfort and support your physical and mental wellbeing. Whilst meeting other Mamas to be and helping you prepare for birth. The intention isn’t to replace antenatal classes, but to create a supportive space where people can reduce pregnancy discomfort, regulate their nervous system and begin to build trust in their body and breath for birth. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
