This week we are being reminded that signs are all around us, but are you paying attention to them? Our angels and spirit guides are always with us and they often leave signs for us to notice as we go about our days.

Do you notice feathers, pennies, symbols that mean something to you, numbers, words, phrases, song lyrics etc? These can all be signs that our angels are nearby and they are reminding us of their presence.

Angels are always with us, whether we are aware of them or not; however Angels do not come forward to help us until we ask them too. Because of this, they will often leave signs for us to notice as a reminder that they are with us and we can call upon them for assistance whenever we would like too 🙏

This week we are being asked to notice to the signs, they are often shown to show us that we are supported and that we are on the right path, even if it feels difficult just now.

If you are not receiving signs, perhaps take some time this week to connect to your angels and spirit guides. You can talk to them aloud, or in your head, they will hear you. Sit quietly and mediate and call them in and see if any messages come to mind.

This card is reminding us that we are always guided and protected, but we do need to ask for assistance or connect with our angels from time to time. The more you do this, the more natural it will become and the deeper your connection with them, and in turn the more signs you may receive.

Absolute highlights… though words barely touch what was truly felt.

If you were there, you will have felt the shift.

Please do read the guest comments on Philip Permutt 's post – because something far deeper than a “weekend away” unfolded at Barony Castle Hotel.

On Friday night, as we stepped into the corridors for the ghost hunt, it was not about fear. It was about remembrance. About empowering people to trust their intuition. To feel what cannot be seen. To stand in old stone walls and hotel rooms and sense the stories still whispering through them.

Barony Castle holds history in its bones. And as we walked together, belief became experience. Doubt softened. Sensitivity awakened. It was powerful… but gentle. Expansive… yet grounding.

The crystal grid we created at the beginning of the retreat set the frequency for everything that followed. Each person placing their stone with intention. Each breath woven into the matrix. You could feel it anchoring something sacred in the room. A web of light. A shared heartbeat.

Philip and Sue Owen held such beautiful space throughout – workshops that opened minds, meditations that softened hearts, laughter that echoed through the halls, tears that cleared lifetimes, hugs that said “you are safe here.” It was human and divine all at once.

And then Sunday came 😢

After the final Pendulum workshop, we gathered again around the grid. The same grid that had held us all weekend. One by one, we deconstructed it. Lifting stones. Releasing intentions. Closing the circle with reverence.

It felt final. Sacred. Complete.

When we closed the grid, even I felt it move through me. A current. A completion. A sealing. I had to pause. It was real. It was alive.

There were long hugs. The kind where energy exchanges without words. Where you know something has shifted forever. Where strangers are no longer strangers.

This weekend was not just connective – it was activating. A coming together of like-minded souls, old friends in new bodies. Sparkling crystals everywhere, yes… but more importantly, sparkling hearts. Angel wings, light in people’s eyes, and an undeniable sense that we were exactly where we were meant to be.

Spiritual life does this. It leads you to your soul family. It opens doors you didn’t know were there. It aligns you with people who feel like home.

Would we recommend it?

Wholeheartedly.

Not just because it was “good.”
But because it was transformational.

And when something moves your spirit, your SOUL like that… you honour it.

After such a lovely weekend of energy, connection and spirit we decided to make a stop on our way home today to ground ourselves back in nature 💚

We stopped off at High Force waterfall, one of the largest natural free falling waterfalls in the country! We have sniffed the moss, hugged trees, listened to the powerful rush of water and smaller babbling streams as well as bird song and the wind through the trees. Fully grounded and lungs filled some beautiful fresh air as we now continue our journey back home 💖

We have also been rainbow spotting on our journey back, we have seen two so far! 🌈 💗

This week we are being reminded that we cannot always control everything or our direction in life. Sometimes we need to just let go and allow, don’t resist, don’t force, don’t control… just simply be and allow the path to unfold before you ✨

Although it can feel frustrating when you don’t feel that your dreams, manifestations, wants and desires are coming to you quickly enough, the universe wants you to just relax into the process and flow with path that is unfolding before you. Sometimes we are held back by twists and turns and bumps in the road while the universe is aligning things ready for you. Sometimes life takes us on an unexpected turn so that we can learn more, have other experiences and see things we may not have otherwise seen ;)

So this week, remember to just flow. If the path ahead doesn’t seem like a straight shot to your goal, walk along the twists and turns with curiosity and see where it takes you. If you try and force and control, it will lead to frustration and tension which will only hold you back and make you suffer. It’s time to take a deep breath and let out any tension you are holding when you exhale, time to give it over to the universe and just flow with wherever life is taking you right now ✨💖🙏
