This week we are being asked to spend time connecting back to our heart. What is your heart calling for? Have you lost your sparkle, are you giving too much of yourself to others? This week find out what your heart is saying to you.

This card could also be signalling a week of healing, old traumas and hurts may now be being healed in order that you can move forward again. If there is anything weighing heavy on your heart at the moment, this could be a week to look at why it is lingering and asking the difficult questions of yourself or what you need to do to heal your heart. This is a week for embracing your heart space, releasing what no longer serves you and embracing the things that light up your heart. If you have done the healing work already, really feel into your heart centre, and let your loving glow light you up in order for others to feel and see it too. Maybe this is a week for attracting love into your life… 😉💕

This week we are being reminded to be compassionate to both ourselves, and to others. If we treat people with love and kindness, as well as ourselves, we will attract that back again. Sometimes the greatest act of kindness we can give ourselves is to let someone or something go with love, thank it for the experiences and lessons and release that which no longer serves back to the universe, creating space for that which does serve to come to us instead 💕✨💖

💫 Lonsdaleite 💫

Probably the rarest crystal find to date!! (You know it's Paddy’s mission to get the weird and wonderful ones here!)

When Paddy first picked one of these up in his right hand, he went all tingly up his right arm, across his shoulders, down his left arm in to his left fingers. That sensation spread across his shoulder blades and then down to his lower back, all the way to his feet! He describes it as his whole body turned into one big goose bump! Serious ET vibes running though the veins 🙏

We took some to the market this weekend too and it made a few people go on quite a journey when they held it! Lots of bodily sensations too ✨

This week we are being reminded of the power of flow. This is not a week to battle and fight against the current but know that life is always in flow and movement. If things seem difficult now, take a step back and allow your difficulties to wash over you and flow away again. The magic stream is always flowing and wants to bring opportunities and abundance to you, you just need to allow it do so and not block the flow ;)

The stream is also a reminder of the collective consciousness, life isn’t just about us and our singular experiences. There are many journeys in our lives, many people that we meet that shape us into who we are and that can also change the course of our life. The stream reminds us that all these experiences flow into each other, without one, there may not have been another experience. The good and the bad, the positive and negative, all flow together to create different experiences and opportunities and to help us grow as people.

So wherever you are right now in life, know that this is just an experience that will eventually flow into another. Bad times to good, good times to even better and more opportunities opening up for you. We are being reminded to flow with these experiences, for without them we wouldn’t be who we are now. It is important not to become defined by our experiences but to let them flow through us and enable them to help us grow into a better version of ourselves.
