Hands up sphere addicts 🙋‍♀️ (yes I’m a huge sphere fan!)

This weeks reading is from the Sacred Oracle by Denise Linn…

This week we are being asked to purify our lives. It’s time to let go of anything that no longer feels aligned. Are there certain people holding you back? Is your space cluttered and needs decluttering? When manifesting, you always need to make space to allow new to enter so purification, cleansing and cluttering all go hand in hand with manifesting and making room for new.

You know that feeling when you have a good tidy up and sort out? Getting rid of anything old, broken or that no longer aligns with you? That’s the feeling we are aiming for here. That deep sigh of contentment knowing that you have cleansed and purified your space and how good it feels.

This is also a time to look at who is around you, are they holding you back, always negative? Have you found yourself falling into the same negative trap when you are with them? Maybe it’s time to purify that connection, if you can’t let them go completely then perform a cord putting and cleanse the energy between you.

It’s time for a renewal, be it your diet and eating lighter and fresher (a good reminder about overindulging this time of year!).

💜🤎Shangaan amethyst💜🤎

This is the trade name for beautiful, smokey amethyst mined by the Shangaan tribal people. It comes from the Chibuku mine located in Zimbabwe near the border with Mozambique.

Honestly, the energy on these pieces is incredible! Such an interest crystal too 💜

Shangaan Amethyst is an alchemy of Amethyst, Clear Quartz, and Smokey Quartz that commonly contains Red Hematite Inclusions that can appear as either flecks or elongated streaks of red or black. It is commonly found in Skeletal/Venster formations, Elestial formations, as well as Scepters. Due to how they grow and form, Shangaan Amethysts are more likely to contain Enhydros

The Shangaan amethyst is dug up by the local Shangaan tribe and their Chief - Chief Gezani has made two simple rules surrounding the ethics of mining these crystals;

If a tree is cut, 5 must be planted.
If a hole is made, it must be re-filled.

These crystals are a sacred find and the tribals are extremely proud to have this in their land and is probably why the crystals have such an amazing and beautiful energy!!

Full moon sound bath tonight ✨

We certainly felt the full moon energy to begin with 🤪 it’s funny how differently the bowls play depending on the energy of the room and the universe on the day; it’s also why every sound bath is a unique experience 💖

When we got home we took some time to moon gaze and admire a glorious halo around the full moon (swipe to see the photo, it really was a huge halo!).

Remember to stay grounded these next few days if you are experiencing the full moon energy, it’s the last one of the year… and a super moon at that! So a great time to let go of what no longer serves/that which you wish to leave behind in 2025, ready for an approaching new year 🙏✨💖

This weeks reading is from the Sacred Forest Oracle by Denise Linn…

This week we are being asked to practice acceptance. Be it acceptance of ourselves, certain situations or even events that have happened. All the while we continue to fight against something, deny it or ignore it we cannot begin to move on from it. In the short term these strategies may work, but long term the situation, event or parts of yourself that you deny will rear their head again and you won’t be able to ignore or deny it forever. You will also be living with it hanging over you to a certain extent, knowing that it may show up at anytime and this will mean you cannot truly move on from it and it still holds a power/control over you.

Instead of not accepting the painful or uncomfortable things you are going through, try and see the lessons in them. How can you flip this to a more positive experience? What can you learn from it? Obviously, not every experience is easy to accept and there are some that you may never truly get over, but this card is speaking of things on a more everyday level. What situation is grating on you everyday? Maybe you cannot change the situation, but you can accept it and change your way of seeing it and reacting to it.

This card talks of deep inner acceptance of ourselves more than anything. Often we cannot control outside events, but we can accept them and change how we react to them. Perhaps in the past you have not been proud of your actions and now is the time to forgive yourself and let it go. Recognise the lessons from the this and see how you have grown.

This week practice deep acceptance for all parts of yourself, don’t deny any or fight against them, forgive them, love them and see how acceptance provides more peace and harmony into your life rather than struggle and unhappiness ✨💖🙏
