A series of restorative postures, a different class to our more dynamic yoga class. Postures are held for longer than usual to allow you time to settle, with an emphasis on complete relaxation. Including pranayama (breath work) and mantras. We will use a variety of props including a belt, blocks, bolsters, cushions, blankets.

❖ Relieves stress, muscle fatigue. Activates the parasympathetic nervous system – rest and digest response.
❖ Helps to improve digestion, circulation and other systems in the body to prevent stress related illnesses and pain
