DIGESTION AND OUR WELL BEING
I have many patients who suffer from back aches, headaches, migraines, etc.
First of all, I would suggest patients to observe how their digestive system works. Our digestive system knows how to deal with the consumption of unhealthy foods by eliminating waste products and absorbing required nutrients.
More often than not, patients ask how to deal with constipation and whether is it enough if bowels are emptied once a week?
Digestion is a priority in maintaining our health. It is important to know how many times per week or per day that a person should go to the toilet.
The basic rule is: it is neither OK nor acceptable for a person to go to the toilet only three to four times a week. It is important to have the bowels emptied at least once or twice per day. Our digestive system should be constantly working. Very often, our stomachs become bloated. The stomach's bloat is most likely due to poor digestion.
Additionally, we need to carefully select our food for consumption, since the movements in digestive system are achieved by visceral massage, visceral practise, visceral manipulation and physical activities. It is possible to cure many illnesses with this special stomach massage.
Manual stomach therapy helps to cleanse the digestive system and to eliminate all the unnecessary residues. Visceral therapy helps to eliminate all accumulated toxins via digestive system.
My recommendation to everyone is to massage your stomach with your hand for three to four minutes, preferably in the shower. It is very simple and accessible to everyone, all you need to do is: rub your stomach clockwise in circular motion around your belly button.
