Vibrational Sound Therapy

Vibrational Sound Therapy Specialist in vibrational sound therapy, emotional regulation, and self-empowerment techniques. As you can see it all begins with self!

Helping adults to release, past hurt and trauma, creating a happier life. Helping young people and teenagers to release emotions in a healthy way. My belief is that the most important gift we can be shown in our lives is the gift of self-empowerment and the ability to nurture our emotional and mental well-being. Understanding our true self, the experiences we have encountered and how to become empowered by them are the foundation of recovery. With work we can develop self-regulation, self-resilience, self-esteem, self-belief, self-confidence, self-responsibility and self-worth. Events in our lives affect us. We can build up barriers, self-sabotage, feel unworthy of good things. Be frightened of change and want to feel safe, even if that means wrecking things for ourselves. It’s all about survival and feeling safe and sometimes we feel safe when we control, it’s a pattern we have had to learn sometimes in life. When we can understand with a different perspective why experiences in our life are playing out in themes of destruction and dysregulation, we learn about choice. This allows us to take back control of our life, setting ourselves free from limiting patterns and beliefs. I’m a huge advocate in believing that experiences in our life are here to help us learn and grow, they are not about defining who we are, making us victims, unless we make that choice. My passion is helping others to regain control of their lives and emotions by gaining an understanding of their trauma and how it leads to patterns of disempowerment and destruction. Taking them on a journey from living in the head to the heart. Allowing release and repair. I do this by working with a combination of powerful techniques, including emotional regulation, self-empowerment, and vibrational sound therapy, which is highly effective in regulating and balancing the nervous system and brain. I work with adults, young people and children, and as a parent I specialise in helping families facing an ongoing roller coaster journey of challenges and experiences, as I know first-hand the difficulties our children can face, especially when it comes to learning how to manage their feelings and self-regulation. I have developed specialised programmes of therapy, for example the Emotional Regulation, Resilience and Relaxation programme for children aged 10 and above, to aid the release of emotions in a healthy way, and the Parenting Paradigm programme, for parents who wish to improve their relationships with their children and are ready to address, challenge and release themselves from their own internalised programming and personal triggers. I am passionate about understanding the science behind the brain, and nervous system in relation to trauma and recovery, as well as specialising in working with neurodivergent individuals, and having in excess of 10 years experience being a specialist in my field working with vibrational sound therapy. When all’s said and done, when you dig deep and get right down to it, all anyone wants is to find peace. If you haven’t found this yet in your life, then let’s connect! 🤝

Are sound and neuroplasticity connected.........? 🧐

Let's look at the science.....🤓

Structural plasticity occurs when neurons grow new axons and synapses, altering the structure of the neural network within the brain.

At a high level, neuroplasticity allows regions of the brain to reconfigure. Every time a new pathway is formed, the brain changes.

For example, if you can remember what you did yesterday, physical changes happened in the brain to store that memory, that is neuroplasticity.

Neuroplasticity is an intriguing aspect where it is believed that the brain can remap itself after trauma, illness, and injury.

Sounds created, such as chanting, humming, primordial sound, tuning forks, send vibrations within the brain that stimulates a plethora of neurochemicals.

Studies suggest that the vibrational effect of sound can not only balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, but may also stimulate the repair of damaged or diseased cells, the generation of new cells, and the formation of new synaptic pathways.

Making it possible to create new neural networks in the brain through sound. 🧠🎵

Interesting stuff eh? ✌️

My Story

My name is Diane and I live in Kent.

Ever since I was little I felt different. I saw fairies and angels, which adults explained away as ‘pretend’ friends. I enjoyed being on my own and the silence that gifted me. When I was 8 years old I vividly remember staring intently into a mirror and repeatedly asking the question ‘Who am I?’.

I looked into the deepest depths of my soul that day as a child and I knew then I was so much more than my immediate surroundings.

As I grew up in the 3D matrix of family and society I lost my true self, little by little, by little.
