My name is Vicky
I'm a back pain specialist.

And I'm here to banish your back pain.
​Trained as a designer, starting to get back pain from long hours of sitting at a desk working on computers and sewing machines led to postural issues and weakness. Eventually, it led me to chronic stress where I couldn't sit for more than 20-30 minutes without being in pain to the point it affected everything I did. I started attending fitness classes hoping it would help with the back pain and stress. Then one day at a busy class, I quickly twisted on a sit-up and put my back out. I couldn't move the pain was intense. The paramedics came in, and I was carried out on a stretcher. After that experience, I was embarrassed. I never went back to classes like that again. It took 12 weeks to recover from the disc injury, laid out on my bed for weeks on end, and one year mentally, I was so sensitive to moving or being touched.

What to expect in our 4-week Pilates beginner course

One of the first things we teach in our beginner’s courses is the correct position to allow the body to feel good, to feel support, and to receive the benefits!!! Here’s one of our previous beginner’s courses. Clients are enjoying learning neutral and imprint.

1/ You can expect to have some fun. We do laugh and smile
and if you want to be at the back row thats okay
If you'd like to pause and observe one of the exercises for a moment, that is perfectly okay.
And please expect to understand Pilates a little more and experience your body feeling really good.
That is our intention
We do ask if it is possible if you can bring your own mat
However, if you can’t, we will have some sanitised ones
So we still have a few places left on some of these courses
very, very quickly, they sell out

Do you have bad posture ? struggling in your work profession due to stiffness and weak muscles? Can’t sleep at night? suffering with back neck and shoulder pain ?Or maybe you are in constant pain and you just live with it not knowing what to do?

We can help we know how it feels to be in pain. We provide a quality pilates/barre/ and back pain specialist service we teach you non weight bearing exercises as an alternative to keeping fit. If keeping fit is not your thing. We get you moving again. we say Happy feet and yes it doesn't have to be a chore.It really can be fun too.

Pilates and barre can seriously help you encourages you to think about how you perform every day movements. It heightens your body and awareness which in turn improves your overall agility, flexibility, strength. It helps you ensure your body is working at optimal level all the time and can get you out of pain.

ABOUT We offer a range of bespoke Pilates specailist services including Pilates,pilates for back pain, small equipment, Sports pilates, pre-natal and post-natal Tye 4 pilates, remedial pilates and exercise referral Gp referral specialist. We have 12 years experience. Working in pop-up studio locations in and around Maidstone. We for people aged between the ages of 30 and 58 mainly who do not enjoy the Gym environment and prefer a more personal and relaxed setting. We offer exceptional service through our programmes and classes. We also believe everybody needs to be healthy, fit and free from back pain. We can tailor the programmes to suit you, with personal instruction and guidance to ensure you will be getting the best results possible. We work with other medical professionals, clinics doctors, hospitals to ensure you get the best all round care and support. You will be able to work at your own pace during your programme and we provide a lot of exercise variety to make sure it’s never dull or boring.
