KSL Educates: “My donor hair is grey…but the hair on top is dark. What colour will it be after the transplant?” ✂️

This is a great question and one we hear more often than you’d think.

Here’s the simple answer:
🧬 The transplanted hair keeps the colour of the donor area. So if the follicles we extract are grey, they’ll still grow in grey, even when placed at the front or crown.

The colour isn’t influenced by where the hair is moved to, it’s determined by genetics, not location.
